I can't believe this has been out for over a year and I didn't see it until Wednesday!
The last page was explained to me (otherwise it would have taken me a while) It's a hand holding a telescope - you extend the scope and look into it and there's Ishmael (sorry if I just ruined the ending for anyone) ;).
